Orders & Payment

Intentional Dad Letters are offered as 3, 6, or 12-month journeys. Your purchase is a one-time payment that covers the entire journey you select. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals.

Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. Once your order is confirmed, Intentional Dad Letters will begin preparing the journey for the recipient information provided at checkout.

Mailing & Fulfillment

Intentional Dad Letters are prepared and mailed twice each month, around the first and third weekends. Your first blue envelope will be included in the next scheduled mailing after your order is received.

After the first letter is mailed, one new blue envelope will be sent each month for the remainder of the 3, 6, or 12-month journey you selected.

Shipping is included in the purchase price. Intentional Dad Letters currently ships within the United States only.

Please double-check the recipient’s mailing address at checkout. Intentional Dad Letters is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, but if you notice an error, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.

Refunds & Replacements

Because each Intentional Dad journey is prepared and fulfilled as a complete package, purchases are non-refundable once an order has been placed.

If a blue envelope arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, please contact me at joy@intentionaldadletters.com. I’ll be happy to send a replacement.

If you have a concern with your order for any other reason, please reach out. I want to do my best to make it right.
